J'essaie de vivre une vie plus saine, et pour cela, je bouge davantage.
J'ai vu ce type de cerceaux "intelligents" en ligne, et la vérité est que j'étais très curieux de les essayer.
Par rapport aux cerceaux normaux, il a l'avantage de ne pas tomber, donc c'est plus facile. De plus, il dispose d'une balle lestée, donc l'intensité est plus élevée pendant la durée d'utilisation qu'avec un cerceau normal.
La taille est réglable. Il est composé de 24 sections, les sections supplémentaires peuvent donc être retirées pour s'adapter au tour de taille de chacun.
Pour le moment, je l'utilise pas mal. Comme la courbe d'apprentissage est assez rapide, je m'en prends à moi-même et j'essaie toujours d'augmenter le nombre de tours que je suis capable de faire en même temps.
Comme point négatif, je dirais que ça fait beaucoup de bruit, donc pas adapté s'il y a quelqu'un qui dort au cas où.
